A Microsoft Agent replied that the mouse is not actually disconnecting but it seems like mouse pointer was removed from the display. when you are using the touch screen of the Surface Studio at that moment of time there is no requirement of mouse so it’s hiding and when you trying to move something you will able to see the mouse pointer. So as per him it’s not a bug.
Microsoft forum modifier has replied that they are working on this issue and will provide solution for this in future update. They also suggested that make sure the firmware of the Surface Studio and Windows is up to date. As per the official announcement Microsoft releases it’s next cumulative update of April 2018 on 12 June 2018 and they assured that on this update only they are going to fix all these bugs.
