HOW TO CREATE EMAIL SIGNATURE IN MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
Introduction
In this article we are going to learn How to create email signature in Microsoft Outlook. Now let’s understand what is email signature. At the end of every email we writes somethings like :

In signature you can include Greeting with Your Name, Email Address, Contact details, Social Links and so on. It is very difficult to type all above details every time we writes a email. Microsoft Outlook allows us to create email signature which helps to insert our drafted email signature automatically while create a new email and also during Reply/Forward emails. Here I will show your how to do that. So let’s get started.
Follow the below steps to create Email Signature in Microsoft Outlook
It’s very simple to create Signature in Microsoft Outlook. You have to follow simple 6 steps to create email signature.
Open the Microsoft Outlook application then click on File button. Refer the snapshot below.
After above step you will get a new window. Here just click on Options.
On our next window click on Mail option on the left side of the window and then click on Signature button. Refer the snapshot below.
Now we are at Signature and Stationery window. Here we can create a email signature. To create so click on the button New and give a name to your Signature and click on Ok. Refer the snapshot below.
Now on Edit Signature section enter the signature that you want to use. For example Here my signature is :

After creating the Signature, on Choose default signature section (Right side of the window) Select the Signature name on New messages and Replies/Forwards field from drop down list. Refer the snapshot below.
Finally click on Ok to create signature successfully.
