In our personal computer we create different folders to store different contents systematically like create document folder to store all your documents, create movies folder to store movies, create music folder to store songs and so on and you can change the icon of all these folders as per it’s content to identify it quickly. Follow the below steps to change folder icon Microsoft windows

You just have to follow 4 simple steps to change folder icon.

Right click on that folder you want to change the icon and click on properties.

After above step you will get the below screen in front of you. Here just click on Customize tab then click on Change Icon button.

After click on the change icon button you will get the list of default icons. Here just select the icon you want to set for your selected folder then click on Ok.

Note : If you have your own icon files then you can choose that by click on Browse button.

We have successfully changed the icon of the folder. Refer the snapshot below.
